Julian Bond, a leader in the Civil Rights Movement, was among the founders of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee, he marched in 1963 on Washington, and was legislator in the state of Georgia for twenty years. Now in his seventies, Julian Bond recalls for the camera of veteran filmmaker Eduardo Montes-Bradley, the experience of growing up in the segregated South, and the turbulent years of the Civil Rights Movement.
