Compact size with a custom condition and contact information, our Medical Alert tags are made from anodized aluminum with a rectangular strap slot and custom etched with your details, this luggage tag is the perfect size for all your bags! This size is especially well suited for carry-ons, backpacks, briefcases, purses, and other frequently handled bags.

Each tag comes with a stainless steel strap to attach it to your bag. Our straps have a great added feature - they have a clear PVC coating to reduce noise and wear.

All information is etched in Silver color.
